Halloween: Echoes of Destiny is a horror adventure game from HFG Entertainments. You play on mobile, and it is also on PC through Steam. It is not console based, sadly. You can grab it free on Google Play and the App Store. The game is free to download, but it has in app purchases. Some items cost real money, like skins and extra story packs. There are also ads, but you can watch them to earn small rewards. If you want to remove ads, it costs about $2.99. So, it is not a pay to win game, but the purchases can add up if you are not careful.

The game mixes point and click puzzles with a spooky story. You explore a cursed town during Halloween night. You find clues, talk to ghosts, and solve riddles to move forward. The best part is the atmosphere. The sounds and visuals really pull you in, like walking through foggy streets with flickering lights. My favorite thing is the choices you make. They change the ending, so I played it three times to see all of them. It keeps me hooked because each run feels fresh, even if I know some puzzles already. The controls are simple too, just tap and swipe, which works great on my phone.

If you like games like The Room or Mystery of Haunted Manor, you will enjoy this one. The Room focuses more on box puzzles, while this game has a deeper story. Mystery of Haunted Manor is also about exploring, but it feels more linear. Echoes of Destiny gives you more freedom to explore and choose. I recommend it because it balances challenge and fun well. It is not too hard for casual players, but still gives a good scare. Plus, the Halloween theme is perfect for the season. If you want a spooky game without too much stress, give it a shot.
