Ant Colony: Wild Forest is a strategy game from HYPERCELL. You can play it on mobile. It is on Google Play and the App Store. It is free to download. There are ads and in app purchases. You can buy gems and extra packs. Prices go from about 2 dollars to 20 dollars. It is not on PC or console. So you need a phone or tablet to play.

You start with a small ant colony. You dig tunnels under the ground. You find food and bring it back to the queen. You hatch new ants. Each ant has a job. Some ants fight. Some ants gather. Some ants dig. You also go above ground to hunt bugs. You can battle other colonies too. My favorite part is the boss fights. When a big spider shows up, I feel real stress. I have to send my best ants fast. I also love watching my nest grow. It feels great to see a huge tunnel system I built.

This game is like Clash of Clans and The Ants: Underground Kingdom. Clash of Clans has base building and battles. The Ants has a similar bug theme. But this game is faster. The art is bright. The controls are easy. I recommend it if you like quick strategy games. It is fun for short breaks. You can play for five minutes and still make progress. Give it a try if you want a simple ant war game.
