The best part is opening packs; the animation and thrill of pulling a rare, beautifully animated "immersive" card is fantastic. As a player, my favorite thing is building themed decks around my favorite Pokémon and testing them in the casual online matches. The controls are smooth and perfect for touchscreens.
Compared to other digital card games like Hearthstone or even the official Pokémon TCG Live, TCG Pocket is much simpler and less stressful. It doesn't have the complex meta or ranked ladder pressure. It's more about collecting and casual fun. If you love Pokémon and enjoy the idea of collecting cards but found other TCGs too complicated or time-consuming, I highly recommend this game. It's the perfect companion for short breaks.
