InShot is a video editing app designed to help you create and share videos quickly. It launched a few years ago and has become super popular. You can download it for free on both Google Play and the App Store. It has over a billion installs on Google Play alone, which is crazy! The app is free to install and you don't need to register to start using it, which is great for jumping right in. There are some ads in the free version, and you can buy a Pro version to remove them and unlock more cool features. So, if you see an ad, you know there's an option to go ad-free.

Using InShot is really straightforward. I mostly use it to trim my clips, add music, and put text on my videos for social media. A simple tip from a regular user: always use the 'Canvas' feature to change your video size for different platforms like Instagram or TikTok before you start editing. It saves so much time! Another thing I do is use the 'Filters' and 'Adjust' tools to make my colors pop without making it look fake. The speed control is also fun for making slow-mo or fast-forward effects.
