Last Asylum: Plague is a survival horror game that I've been playing on my phone for a while now. It's available on both Google Play and the App Store, and you can download it for free. The game does have in-app purchases, with items typically costing between $1 and $10, and you'll also see some ads while playing. It's mainly a mobile game, so don't expect to find it on PC or console. The game throws you into a world hit by a terrible plague, where you have to fight to stay alive.
The gameplay is pretty straightforward. You control a character who needs to find supplies, build shelters, and fight off infected creatures. The best part for me is the crafting system, where you can make weapons and tools from stuff you find. My favorite thing to do is explore abandoned buildings, because you never know what you'll find. The tension is real when you hear a zombie groan nearby. The game makes you think fast and plan your moves carefully, which keeps things exciting.
Compared to other survival games like Last Day on Earth: Survival and Grim Soul: Dark Survival, Last Asylum: Plague feels more focused on the horror side. Last Day on Earth is bigger with more crafting options, but it can get grindy. Grim Soul has a darker medieval theme, but Plague's modern setting makes it feel more relatable. I recommend this game if you want a survival game that doesn't take up too much time. It's easier to jump into and still gives you that thrill of staying alive in a dangerous world.
