Smashero.io is a mobile hack and slash RPG that I have been playing for a while now. It is made by KLASH Games Inc. You can get it on Google Play and the App Store. The game is free to download. There are in app purchases for gems and skins. You also see ads now and then, but they are not too bad. It works on both phones and tablets. I have not seen a PC version, so it is mostly a mobile game for me.

The gameplay is simple and fun. You pick a hero and smash waves of enemies. You tap to attack and swipe to dodge. Each level has a boss at the end. The best part is the loot system. You get new weapons and armor after each run. Your hero gets stronger over time. My favorite part is the offline progress. Even when I am not playing, my hero fights on its own. I come back to find new gear and gold. That keeps me coming back every day.

If you like games like Archero or Survivor.io, you will enjoy this one. It has the same tap to fight style. But Smashero.io adds more RPG elements. You have stats, skills, and gear upgrades. The graphics are brighter and more cartoon like. I recommend it because it is easy to pick up. You do not need to spend money to have fun. A few minutes a day is enough to make progress. It is a solid choice for fans of the genre.
