Among Us is a social deduction game developed by Innersloth. It's a multiplayer game where players work together on a spaceship while trying to find the impostors among them. You can play it on PC, consoles like Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox, and on mobile phones. The mobile version is free to download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The PC and console versions cost a few dollars. The game has no ads. There are some in-app purchases, but they are only for cosmetic items like hats and pets. You don't need to buy anything to enjoy the full game.

You play as a crewmate or an impostor. Crewmates complete simple tasks around the map, like fixing wires or swiping cards. Impostors pretend to do tasks but their real goal is to sabotage the ship and kill crewmates without getting caught. When a dead body is reported or someone calls an emergency meeting, everyone talks and votes on who they think the impostor is. The best part is the intense discussions and trying to figure out who is lying. My favorite part is being the impostor and successfully tricking everyone, or as a crewmate, catching an impostor in a clever lie during a meeting.

Compared to other social games like Town of Salem or Werewolf, Among Us is much simpler and faster to play. A round can be over in just a few minutes. The cute art style and easy controls make it very welcoming for new players. I recommend this game because it's perfect for playing with friends online. It creates hilarious moments and great memories. Even though it was released a few years ago, it's still one of the best party games you can find, especially since it's free on mobile.
