It's been around for a few years now and is available on both Google Play and the App Store. The app has over 50 million installs on Google Play alone, which shows how popular it is. It's free to download and install, which is great. You don't need to register an account to start using it, you can just open the app and begin. That's one thing I really like - no sign up hassle. However, the free version does show ads, and there are in app purchases if you want to remove the ads or unlock more cartoon styles and effects. I've used the free version and the ads aren't too intrusive, but I did eventually buy the pro pack to get all the filters.
