You can get it on Google Play and the App Store. It has millions of installs, which makes sense because so many people need housing. The app is free to download. You do not have to pay to look at listings. You do need to make an account if you want to save places or contact landlords. There are no in app purchases, but you will see some ads. That is pretty normal for a free app.
When you use the app, you start by typing in a city or a neighborhood. You can filter by price, number of bedrooms, and if you want a pet friendly place. I like to turn on the map view to see where the apartments are sitting. A tip from me is to save your search so you get alerts when new places pop up. You can message landlords right inside the app. That saves a lot of time. If you see a place you like, book a tour fast because good ones go quick. Do not wait too long to call.
