Shazam is a music recognition app that makes identifying songs simple and fast. I've been using it for years, ever since it launched way back in 2002. It's on both Google Play and the App Store, and it's been downloaded over a billion times, which is crazy. The best part? It's completely free to download and use. You don't even need to register an account to start Shazaming songs, which I love because I hate making new accounts. There are no annoying ads that pop up while you're trying to identify a tune, and there aren't any in-app purchases to worry about either. It's just a straightforward, powerful tool.
